Board Chair

Pathway Fund is a much-anticipated impact investor, set up in response to the Adebowale Report, dedicated to catalysing opportunities for Black and Ethnically Minoritised communities across the UK. We work at the intersection of the social economy and racial equity sectors, building an endowed fund that catalyse systems change across these two sectors.

Having put this groundwork in place, we are seeking an inclusive and dynamic Chair to help us shape and develop the organisation as it makes an impact across the social enterprise landscape. Our inaugural Chair will help drive our activity forward, building enduring external relationships that will bolster our growth.

By joining us, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic leadership and governance to this ambitious organisation, ensuring we fulfill our mission - Black and Ethnic Minoritised communities to have greater and better access to finance, and cultivate equitable and inclusive economic growth in the UK.

You will be welcomed into a dedicated and incredibly talented initial team of founders and advisors who have brought the Pathway Fund into being.
