Access - The Foundation for Social Investment: Consultation on Social Investment and Dormant Assets

Pathway Fund is pleased to announce that Access – The Foundation for Social Investment, has opened its consultation on the allocation of funds, following the publication of the Dormant Assets Scheme Strategy.
The consultation published, aims to help Access – The Foundation for Social Investment, shape its Investment Policy and application processes.
The consultation will run for six weeks and will close at midday on Tuesday 15 July 2025, gathering views from across the social investment market, the VCSE sector, and other interested stakeholders.
This comes following the news that, as part of the Dormant Assets Scheme Strategy, some £12 million will be earmarked, by government, for Pathway Fund.
This announcement, from the Strategy, represents an important step in social investment being used effectively to catalyse investment in Black and Ethnically Minoritised communities. We look forward to working with the sector to see that work, furthered.
