Book a private 30-minute session with a member of the Pathway Fund programme team to discuss your application to the Dormant Assets funding programme.
What are office hours?
Office hours are short, individual conversations between your organisation and the Pathway programme team. They are designed to help you prepare the strongest possible application — whether you are at the early stages of thinking through your concept or refining a detailed proposal.
These are not group sessions. Each 30-minute slot is a private conversation between your organisation and a programme team member.

Talking through your pipeline, partnership model, or programme design
Clarifying any aspect of the application form, assessment criteria, or required documents
Understanding the compliance requirements (subsidy control, additionality, asset lock)

Available times: 11:00, 11:30, 12:00, and 12:30.
Who can book:
Any intermediary organisation considering an application to the Pathway Fund Dormant Assets programme. One session per organisation during the application window. If you have already submitted your application, office hours are not available — please direct any post-submission queries to apply@pathwayfund.org.uk.
How to prepare:
To make the most of your 30 minutes, we recommend:
Review the eligibility checker questions on our website before your session
Read the Application Guidelines and the Grant-making & Social Investment Policy Summary
Review the questions
Come with specific questions — the more focused your questions, the more useful the session
Please note: Office hours are for guidance only. Attending a session does not guarantee funding, nor does it confer any advantage in the assessment process. All applications are assessed on their merits against the published criteria.
